REFUND, REPLACEMENT & WARRANTY POLICY
Please read before ordering — ordering means you agree to these terms.
No refund for change of mind. Changing the account password or email yourself voids the warranty.
WARRANTY
- Every tool comes with a 25-day replacement warranty starting on the day of delivery.
- If a login stops working during the warranty period and the fault is on our side, we replace it for FREE.
- If YOU change the password or email yourself, the warranty is VOID — no refund and no replacement in that case.
REPLACEMENT
- If a replacement is owed and we cannot provide one, your refund is issued within 2 business days.
- Replacement means new working credentials — not a refund.
REFUND
- Changed your mind? If you don't like the tool or wanted a different one — there is no refund and no replacement.
- Refunds are not given without a valid reason.
